Goal of Our Instruction

Our heavenly Father puts it this way → For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircmcision avails anything, but faith working through love. For the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from a sincere faith.

The Towel We Carry

Jesus rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded. This He said:

This pillar of kingdom truth is the very grid from which we are to live and operate. We are called to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Christ. It has never been about some crown one wears -- it has always been about the towel we carry!
